We inserted QR codes into the <2023 Real Estate Trends> booklet to provide readers with NFT memberships. This allows them to communicate updates through KakaoTalk and offer NFT benefits for exploration.

1) Partner Description

Professor Kim Kyung Min is a well-known influencer in the Korean real estate industry. After obtaining a Ph.D. in Urban Planning and Real Estate from Harvard University, he currently works as an associate professor at Seoul National University's Graduate School of Environmental Studies. The Kim Kyung Min Labs is a social experiment aimed at creating a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) that generates a positive impact on society. Their goal goes beyond sharing real estate market information; they aim to evolve into a united community.

2) Collaboration Plan

The Kim Kyung Min Labs, led by author Professor Kim Kyung Min of <Real Estate Trends 2023> wanted to establish membership through NFTs. They implemented whitelisting through QR codes within the book and issued NFT memberships to readers. Subsequently, they provided infrastructure for NFT distribution through KakaoTalk, news updates, and exploration features.

3) Provided Technologies and Services

  • QR code generation linking to specific URLs

  • Creation of a landing page for membership introduction

  • Verification of recipients through mobile phone authentication

  • NFT distribution via KakaoTalk and email

  • NFT news notifications via KakaoTalk
